YOU are invited you to join me this summer in Martinsburg, West Virginia at Casa Om Potomac - the sister retreat center to Casa Om Mexico. Where the Potomac river meets the wild mountain scenery, I've spent many moons on retreat in what I like to call the yoga boarding school - a contemporary mansion nestled in the trees hosting a large spread of beautiful bedrooms, dining area, living room, and the gorgeous studio onsite for our classes.
In Martinsburg, West VA - this idyllic yoga retreat center was built to be shared for lovers of movement and community. A beautiful 3-hour drive from Richmond, VA, this sprawling property can host up to 22 guests spread across 10 total bedrooms.
Guests will delight at the breathtaking views of the Potomac River, 63 acres of explorable land, a gorgeous yoga studio full of props and with full length mirrors, an outdoor swimming pool AND hot tub, bonfire pit, walking trails, the river itself, and a very cute nearby town.
Arrivals on Sunday July 6 @ 3pm and departures on Friday July 11 @ 11am will give us 6 days and 5 nights to dedicate to our yoga practice together.

Each room comes with fresh bedding and towels and a private bathroom ensuite, not to mention the recent renovations and gorgeous hand-picked furniture and decorations throughout!
Lovingly prepared and served in house, Casa Om staff works together to prepare our nourishing, healthy, tasty, high-protein vegetarian menu.
We dine twice a day family style together in the dining room:

Please be mindful that Casa Om is a facility free of meat, alcohol, and drugs.​ Staff is happy to offer gluten-free and vegan options in addition to taking care of most personal dietary needs.
Above all, it's my distinct honor to design and deliver an inspiring spread of specialized yoga offerings close to my own heart. Campers can expect double daily creative movement workshops - a direct download from my spirit to yours. You can count on our morning classes to be high energy while our afternoon/evening classes will soothe the body and soul, sending you off sweetly off your beds for a proper night's rest. And just like always - everything is optional.
If you happen to be a yoga teacher and partake in all classes/workshops, you will earn 20-hrs of continuing education accredited through Yoga Alliance.

Hi, I'm Marge!
Marge (she/her) proudly bears a lifetime affinity for movement and languages, having spent most of her years calling upon the body as her chosen artistic tool while also learning Spanish, Italian, and French. She holds a BFA in dance and choreography, a professional certificate of contemporary circus arts, and an E-RYT 500 YACEP Yoga Alliance credential. Her studies, creations, teachings, and performances have blown her all across the globe and today she finds herself Charlottesville, VA - plotting to take over the world with her enthusiastic movement ventures. Practitioners in Marge’s hands can expect a unique blend of movement, grace, passion, humor, and awakening to one’s own innate artistry.

A $600 non-refundable deposit is due at booking to hold your spot & chosen accommodation. Balance due by April 30, 2025. For double bookings / shared spots, BOTH applications & deposits must be made within 24 hrs of each other to lock in your request.
