MARGE CAMP: Trifecta

July 6-11, 2025
@ Casa Om Potomac

Not to be overly dramatic, but I'm pretty sure this is my life's work:

 all in one program, under one roof, for one epic week of camp.

YOU READ THAT RIGHT. The time has come for me to merge ALL of my movement disciplines and share them in one complete program... both as individual classes as well as in several variations of my signature TRIFECTA offering - an indistinguishable blend of all three disciplines, braided together to bolster strength, grace, artistry, community, and creativity!

TRI = 3

FECTA = perfect

I am a self-proclaimed movement artist and lover of languages, my technical background mostly comprised of 3 main disciplines: dance, circus, & yoga - in that order, but also not necessarily. While I hold professional credentials and experience in all 3 genres of movement, I'm not really all that interested in trying to keep them separate anymore.

MARGE CAMP: Trifecta invites you to taste ALL 3 of these disciplines. BUCKLE UP!

2011 | Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance performance + choreography, graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University (4-year program)

2013 | Professional Contemporary Circus Artist certification specializing in hand balance and dance acrobatics from FLIC Scuola di Circo in Torino, Italia (2-year program)

2015+ | E-RYT 500 YACEP accredited through Yoga Alliance

Say more...

Every day, we will explore 3 distinct movement classes:

1 yoga practice, 1 dance class, 1 circus training session - the order will shuffle each day. BEGINNER FRIENDLY! BEGINNERS ENCOURAGED!

Cozy up for 3 separate movie nights! At the end of our Mon/Tues/ Wed, let's pajama party in the living room for a dance movie, a circus movie, and a yoga movie, respectively - each movie will be a SURPRISE!

Lastly (and PLEASE don't freak out), our final full day together will provide an opportunity for creation & PERFORMANCE. I will facilitate campers breaking off into whatever performance troupe they fancy (solos, duos, trios, small groups, large groups, etc) and you will have ALL afternoon to prepare a performance number for our final night - it's SHOWTIME, folks!!!

Y'all - I don't care what it is. Dance. Sing. Play the kazoo. A dramatic reading of Dr. Seuss. Bring your ukelele. Teach us a yoga sequence. Stand up comedy. Beat poetry. Synchronized swimming in the pool (yes, I said POOL!). A site specific piece out in the forest. Whatever you want - I'm DYING to see what you create!

CALL FOR COSTUMES! Bring all your goofy clothes for a collective costume box we can enjoy throughout the week and share for showtime... I'm saying tutus, fishnets, pasties, feather boas, masks, dinosaur costumes, whatever you got - BRING IT ALL!!!!

Hi, I'm Marge!

Marge (she/her) proudly bears a lifetime affinity for movement and languages, having spent most of her years calling upon the body as her chosen artistic tool while also learning Spanish, Italian, and French. She holds a BFA in dance and choreography, a professional certificate of contemporary circus arts, and an E-RYT 500 YACEP Yoga Alliance credential. Her studies, creations, teachings, and performances have blown her all across the globe and today she finds herself navigating an international move to Dublin, Ireland where she hopes to take over the world with her enthusiastic movement ventures.

Practitioners in Marge’s hands can expect a unique blend of movement, grace, passion, humor, and awakening to one’s own innate artistry.
