Movement Camp's mission is to give current yoga instructors a creative kick in the culo.
This program aims to disrupt the perceived rigidity of yoga asana instruction by introducing creative ways to sequence and deliver vinyasa classes. Participants can expect an immersive experience in teaching methodology, techniques and practice, collaborative and solo class design and deliverance, feedback, self reflection, and personal artistic growth.
